– Increase embroidery needle size when it is not possible to thread more thread into a smaller needle size.
– You can use a needle with a large hole when embroidering a large thread (usually 6 threads or more).

2. Choosing an embroidery needle also depends on the stitch.
– Try to use the smallest needle size possible when embroidery so that the embroidery is smooth.
– Some knitting stitches such as Cast on stitch or Loose cast on stitch can be used with a slightly larger needle to make it easier to embroider. This type of stitch is not afraid of leaving needle holes on the surface of the fabric.
– Note that with stitches such as Cast on stitch, Bull stitch, the tip of the thread should not be large to avoid deforming the embroidery stitch.
