Shipping Policy
BabunobGem is a small embroidery studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We hand-embroider hair accessories on natural linen in small batches, and orders are packed and shipped from our studio.
This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, tracking, and what to do if there is a problem with your delivery.
Shipping at a Glance
- Processing: usually 1–3 business days
- US delivery: estimated 10–14 business days after shipping, tracked by YunExpress and USPS
- US shipping: $7 for the first item, plus $1 for each additional item
- Tracking: sent to your email after your package is handed to the carrier
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared, checked and packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Processing may take longer during busy periods and around Vietnamese public holidays, such as Lunar New Year (Tết).
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping email with your tracking number once your package is on its way.
2. Where We Ship & Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated per order based on the number of items in your cart. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Example: an order of 3 items shipped to the United States costs $9.00 in shipping ($7 + $1 + $1).
EU countries we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We do not currently ship to other countries, including the United Kingdom.
3. Delivery Times & Carriers
- United States: packages travel from Vietnam with YunExpress and are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Other destinations: packages travel with YunExpress and are delivered by your local postal service or a local delivery partner.
All delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak seasons or other events outside our control can happen, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you need an order for a special occasion, please order well in advance.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you after your package is handed to the carrier. The first tracking update can take several days to appear.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
Depending on your country and current customs rules, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) or customs handling fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, the original shipping fee is not refundable. Once the package is returned to us, we may refund the item price, minus any return or handling fees charged to us.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change your address or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, its destination can no longer be changed.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If such a package is returned to us, we can reship it once you pay the shipping cost again.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If There Is a Problem With Your Delivery
- Damaged on arrival: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. After reviewing your photos, we will offer a replacement or a refund. We may ask you to return the item.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no progress for an extended period, or your package has not arrived 30 days after shipping (45 days outside the US), contact us. We will check with the carrier, and if the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
- Marked as delivered: once tracking shows a package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery. Please check around your property, with neighbors and with your local post office. We are happy to share tracking details to help with your inquiry.
