01. About Us

babunobgem.com is operated by BabunobGem, an embroidery studio at 29/35 Do Nhuan Street, Tan Son Nhi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In these Terms, "BabunobGem", "we", "us" and "our" mean us, and "you" means the person using our website or placing an order.

02. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, including your name, email and shipping address.

You agree not to misuse our website, for example by attempting to break its security, interfering with how it works, copying it with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful. We may limit or refuse access to anyone at our discretion.

Our website and its content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, accurate or free of errors.

03. Handmade Products

• Natural variations: every piece is embroidered by hand, so stitching, thread color and flower placement can vary from the photos and from piece to piece. These variations are part of handmade work and are not defects.
• Colors and sizes: colors may look different on different screens, and measurements on product pages are approximate.
• Availability: products are made in small batches and may sell out. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we may cancel that item and refund you for it.

05. Prices, Taxes & Payment

• Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, PayPal or your bank sets the exchange rate and any fees.
• Shipping and taxes: shipping costs and any sales tax are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are explained in our Shipping Policy.
• Payment: payments are processed by PayPal. Depending on your country, you can pay with a PayPal account, a credit or debit card, or a local payment method shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Pricing errors: prices and product information may contain errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Price changes: we may change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies to that order.

06. Orders & Cancellations

After you place an order, we send an email confirming that we received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we ship it. Until then, we may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

You can cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders may already be in production or shipped and cannot be cancelled. Our Return & Refund Policy applies instead.

07. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

08. Reviews & Content You Share

When you post a review, photo or comment on our website, you confirm that it reflects your own honest experience and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us permission to display it on our website and social media pages together with your display name.

We may remove content that is spam, offensive, unrelated to the product, or reveals personal information.

09. Intellectual Property

Our embroidery designs, product photos, text, logo and other website content belong to BabunobGem and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, sell or reproduce our designs or photos without our written permission.

Wholesale, custom embroidery and private-label projects are covered by separate written terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, loss of data or missed events.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier and customs delays, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, power or internet outages and government actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
